European wines, highlighting beautiful wines from the Veneta region of Italy will be featured as our friend Nico brings part of his collection. Nico is traveling to the States and we are fortunate to have him make a stop here in the Blairsville area to present these lovely wines. Our culinary team will be presenting a 5 course meal designed to compliment the wines. Enjoy Local Sweet Grass Dairy Green Hill Cheese with fresh honeycomb from our friends at Blairsville Honey Company served on Crostini; Seared Scallops with Pomagrante Reduction and Prosciutto Crisp; Grilled Lamb Chop with Macadamia Crust and Dijon Peppercorn Demi Glace; Medallion of Beef Tenderloin with Blue Tiger Prawn and Bearnaise Sauce; Pistacio Creme Brulee.

Note: We are happy to accommodate couples who may have one partner preferring not to participate in the wine pairing, but wants to enjoy the meal! Also, with advance notice, we will work to accommodate dietary restrictions.
