Our monthly pairing dinners are designed to take guests through a cultural food and wine exploration. Sometimes paired in unusual ways with a unique twist, the culinary offerings will change more frequently than the seasons to keep things fresh and exciting.  But, one thing's for sure, whether we’re pairing wines, whiskeys or other spirits, you can always expect a farm-fresh, delicious food compliment that’s sourced whenever possible from local farms, growers, and ranchers.
