Valentine’s Day is in the rear view mirror. Outside, it's the kind of cold that doesn’t just nip at your nose—it bites. The wind howls like a jilted lover, but inside, the air is warm with the scent of hickory in the fireplace and something far more delicious. It's the beginning of an evening that doesn't just happen - it unfolds.

Mook & Mimi are in the room playing something haunting — maybe just the sound of a heart breaking and mending itself in the span of a single note.

The first wine arrives. Paco & Lola.

The bottle sits there, defiant in its polka dots, a splash of Spanish sunshine on a wintery night. One sip and you know it's the start of a delicious evening. The taste of green apples and a zesty citrus finish that could cut through even the most stubborn mountain chill.

We pair it with a ceviche of local rainbow trout. The acidity of the Albariño dances with the richness of the fish like two spies meeting on a crowded dance floor. Love is in the air. Love of food, love of life, just love.
