Special Memorial Day Sunday Supper

No menus. No pretension. Just absolute, unadulterated culinary fellowship. Chicken. Pulled Pork. Baby Back Ribs.

It is Memorial Day weekend. We raise a glass - not in sorrow, but in deep, roaring gratitude for the brave souls who gave everything so we could sit here, free, under an American sky, breaking bread with the people we love.

It’s more than a meal. It is a time-honored Barbeque prepared by Clayton of Full Throttle Ministries, a man ordained by faith but baptized in hickory smoke. He commands a black iron smoker the size of a steam locomotive. He does’t just cook; he ministers to the meat. He wielded his tongs like a scepter, coaxing secrets out of pork butt that ordinary men would never understand. The purity and love in his heart is reflected in his food

It is the very essence of Memorial Day—remembrance, community, and the unyielding American spirit served on a communal plate.
